"Īve" tree nursery

"ĪVE", Grobiņas-Ventspils šosejas 1.km, Grobiņas pagasts

The tree nursery "Īve" was established in 1994 on the basis of the tree nursery of the Liepāja overforested forest - a total area of 18 square meters, of which 3,500 m2 are occupied by greenhouses. The main directions of the tree nursery are the cultivation of decorative trees and shrubs, as well as forest planting materials.

Currently, you can see around 350 ornamental plants of different species and varieties and 400 thousand spruce plants for reforestation.

Groups of interested parties are requested to apply for excursions in advance.  Tours available in Latvian, English, and Russian.
